By accessing or using CryptKeeper, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, do not use the application. CryptKeeper reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Non-Custodial Software

CryptKeeper is non-custodial wallet software. This means CryptKeeper does not hold, manage, or have access to your funds, private keys, or seed phrases at any time. CryptKeeper is a tool that enables you to interact with blockchain networks directly. We do not operate as a financial institution, exchange, or custodian.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• •Safekeeping of your seed phrase and private keys
• •Maintaining the security of your device
• •All transactions initiated through your wallet
• •Compliance with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

If you lose your seed phrase, we cannot recover your wallet or funds. There is no password reset, no recovery service, and no way for CryptKeeper to access your assets.

4. No Financial Advice

CryptKeeper does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Any information displayed within the application (including market data, prices, and portfolio values) is for informational purposes only. You should consult with a qualified professional before making any financial decisions.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CryptKeeper and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the software. This includes, without limitation, loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your wallet.

CryptKeeper is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any information provided.

7. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use CryptKeeper. By using the application, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use CryptKeeper for:
